As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a corporate transactional attorney for our office in Lake Oswego. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of corporate transactional experience, and who is also a pragmatic problem solver, strong communicator, high-performer, and team-oriented with an unwavering motivation to grow and dedication to excellence. The firm handles several types of transactional work, including M&A, venture capital, financings, private placements, entity formation and structuring, and general corporate counsel.

Billable Hour Expectation: 1,600
