Sonia Gore is a business attorney who represents business entities and individuals in a wide range of complex business, corporate, commercial, and real estate matters in both state and federal court and private arbitration. Sonia represents clients in cases involving complex breach of contract, financial fraud and mismanagement, government investigations, business torts and unfair business practices, construction, business and corporate disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder rights, breach of fiduciary duty, and commercial and employment matters.
Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Sonia clerked at the Santa Clara District Attorneys’ Office where she played a pivotal role in handling a wide array of complex litigation matters. In addition to her clerkship at the DA’s office, Sonia also has experience working with clients in complex business, real estate, employment, general liability, criminal, and family law matters. Prior to joining law school, Sonia worked in the corporate industry as a Finance and Accounts Analyst. Sonia is dedicated to helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome and is committed to helping her clients achieve their desired legal goals.
Sonia received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and holds a concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. While in law school, Sonia was part of Loyola’s Conciliation and Mediation Assistance Clinic, where she provided a wide array of alternate dispute resolution services to underserved communities and conducted mediations involving landlord and tenant, creditor and debtor, and employment disputes. Sonia holds a Certificate in Mediation from Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution. Prior to entering law school, Sonia obtained her B.S. and double majored in Accountancy and Finance cum laude from California State University, Long Beach.
Sonia is admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
During her free time, Sonia enjoys traveling, art, film, and exploring new places. Sonia also volunteers her time to serve underprivileged communities in India in providing free access to education, health care, and necessities. Sonia is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
