Austin T. Jackson, Esq.

Austin T. Jackson's practice broadly encompasses all aspects and stages of complex business and commercial litigation for clients. Austin represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters including, but not limited to, business disputes, breach of contract matters, creditor and shareholder rights, commercial contracts, and member and partnership disputes. Mr. Jackson's practice is focused primarily on mediation, arbitration, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution.

Austin also handles transactional matters including drafting and review of business and commercial contracts, operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other employment contracts.

Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Austin was a practicing attorney at a firm in San Mateo where he focused primarily on litigation. Mr. Jackson received his J.D. from Santa Clara University's School of Law. Prior to entering law school, Austin attended the University of California at Davis for his undergrad where he received a B.A. in Communications. Austin holds Memberships to the State Bar of California, Litigation Section, State Bar of Texas as well as the Santa Clara County Bar Association.

During his free time, Austin likes exploring the outdoors, exercising, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
