Cecilia Cavazos

Cecilia Cavazos is a paralegal with Structure Law Group, LLP providing legal support to the firm's transactional attorneys. Cecilia has extensive experience with entity formations, corporate governance maintenance, preparing and filing documents with the Secretary of State, Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board and recordings with County Recorder’s Offices.

Previously, Cecilia worked at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, an international law firm, providing support to the finance and restructuring attorneys. Prior to that she was with Murray & Murray, APC a boutique business bankruptcy law firm, for over eighteen years and gained valuable business law experience drafting documents for California State and Federal courts, preparing business winddown and dissolutions, and assisted with litigation matters nationwide and internationally.

Cecilia is bi-lingual speaking Spanish. In her free time, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, playing bocce ball, baseball games and spending time with her husband at the beach relaxing or sailing in Monterey Bay. Cecilia also enjoys a family tradition of volunteering at a local church distributing food during the holidays.
