Laura Nicasio has been with SLG since 2014 and has grown alongside the firm through many stages of its development. As Director of Administrative Operations, she plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, overseeing administration, accounting, personnel, vendor relations, and operational processes that help keep the organization running smoothly. 

 Laura is passionate about building efficient systems, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating positive workplace experiences where people can thrive. She is dedicated to developing and promoting her team, hiring talented individuals, and fostering a collaborative, supportive culture that helps employees succeed both personally and professionally. Her experience spans operations management, employee engagement, HR support, and process improvement, and she is known for her approachable leadership style and willingness to help wherever needed.
