Role DescriptionStructure Law Group, LLP seeks a litigator with 2-5 years of experience to handle complex commercial and business litigation cases in its Century City office. We seek candidates who can think critically, are not intimidated by complex cases, and who understand the value of providing exceptional service to our clientele. Specifically, the candidate we are looking for will be responsible for handling demand letters and responses thereto, motion practice, research, client communications and management, discovery and depositions, court appearances in state and federal courts and arbitration, mediations, and trial work.
Litigation Associate Qualifications and Requirements- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in business, commercial, corporate, and/or employment litigation.
- Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures
- Experience with drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial documents with meticulous precision
- Ability to conduct document review and due diligence, ensuring thorough examination of evidence
- Experience assisting with client meetings and depositions, providing strategic support throughout proceedings
- Ability to prepare compelling briefs and arguments, demonstrating persuasive advocacy for clients
- Strong research and writing skills
- A strong willingness to take cases to trial; trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with motions practice, depositions, and court appearances
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a substantial caseload efficiently
