Rebecca McCracken's practice focuses on corporate transactional matters, including all aspects of entity formation, organization and dissolution, business operating agreements, and corporate governance and maintenance. Ms. McCracken drafts and negotiates a full range of business contracts from stock options, shareholder buy-sell and employment agreements, to non-disclosure, non-competition and merger or acquisition contracts. Ms. McCracken also has extensive experience with forming and maintaining non-profit organizations.
Ms. McCracken is licensed to practice in California and New York. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Prior to joining Structure Law Group, LLP in 2006, Ms. McCracken practiced for several years as an intellectual property attorney with Schweitzer Cornman Gross & Bondell, LLP in New York, New York. During this time, she focused on all aspects of patent and trademark counseling, prosecution, and litigation, as well as domain name arbitration. Ms. McCracken's background enables her to identify and address both the business and technical concerns of clients.
